First, I have to say... Drink the tea!
Wherever you can meet the tea will do. So no pressure! We are all at different stages in our journey. Dare I say, heating water in the microwave for 2 minutes is just fine. But...
If you would like to receive the most benefits, then you should know:
Herbal teas like it hot!
We mostly have herbal teas as apposed to green or black teas. Herbal teas' water should ideally be heated between 200 - 212 degrees.
The longer the better!
Herbal teas often provide the most benefits the next day. So, hold on to the used tea leaves, and steep multiple times. Sometimes when the flavor is weakening, I add some extra leaves.
The tea that keeps giving!
Toss the used leaves in the garden or the compost when done.
See below some items I use off Amazon. These links do not provide me with your personal information. If you purchase through these links, I earn a little something.

This kettle allows you to control the temperature. I find the infuser in it helpful for making large batches easily. So I like to make a pot and reheat for a couple days. I even like how quickly it comes to temp, so sometimes I make Ramen noodles or grits in the kettle.

If you have guests who would like to pick their own teas, these infusers are very effective and do not get clogged. Which is often my experience with the glass infusers. Easy to clean, and little to no leaves bits leak into the drinkable tea.
